Well everyone wants their main to come out near the top on OTHER person's tier list. Tier list are always subjective, to begin with artifacts/weapons > characters imo. Though I am just happy you recognizes jean's strength at least she deserves that spot :D.

Tbf Ganyu should get nerf but also shouldn't. She is literally "Ganyu Tier" her charge attack alone can do dmg like childe ult or Diluc ult with Bennet buff which is ridiculous. Tho I'm saying that, she can't do anything against cryo monster as you expected(or maybe she can with her normal AA but ofc not for cryo shield) other than that I don't see her downside like "NONE EXIST" her C0 power is insane for 5 stars. Also, don't debate in my comment whether she is op or not because she is sure god damn op. (NO BIAS because I'm also a Ganyu player. I played her and compared her to my Childe and Diluc and ofc she can almost do damage like my C3 Childe and C2 Diluc even tho she is C1) Conclusion, nerfing her will kill the player base. That's all.
Edit: I read the comment and boi, this dude is about to get smack by Keqing main. Can't denied with them tho Keqing is too low in my opinion but also tier list is made out of personal opinion so don't burn his house and keep your cool boys.

Klee is better than Diluc, she shouldn't be punished just because someone isn't utilizing her to the fullest.
4* shouldn't be restricted by C0 since it's easier to max their Constellations.
Qiqi should be S+ IMO, i mean you basically cant die when you have her on your team and the same cant be said about pretty much anyone else.
If Diluc is S+, Klee is S+, Ganyu is SS+, and Venti is SSS+

You see the problem is about "tier list" .. you'll grade your least use character in low rank, and most popular(by own opinion and community) at top.. it's somehow make people(especially newbie) have an idea that they should prioritize 5* character more because 5* are in A class and above. I'm not even shock you put Fischl in A tier when she's actually an S tier, she can do dps and sp like Ganyu.
Qiqi is amazing as Diona. Ppl just bad talk about Qiqi, too bad. She doing what she supposed to do, HEAL her team. Qiqi is A tier for me.

Bennett can actually heal you beyond 70%. if you're at 69% HP, his heal Will proc, and you will heal the full amount, going beyond 70%. Soooo, Bennett is the best ^^

I think that keqing flexibility and ability to generate energy with particles for the team plus op charge atack puts her above razor but after geo buffs bellow ninguang.

I totally agree with Klee’s spot I can’t complete the abyss because of her shit auto attacks. The klee model faces forward towards the enemy but most of the shots just go backwards and hits the floor just below her feet.

The main problems with Qiqi:
▫️Her Cryo application is too slow and her E has such a long cooldown
▫️Her ult costs 80 energy but her E doesn't generate any particles
▫️Her C1 is literally a nightmare to all F2P
Some Buffs to Qiqi:
▫️ Change her energy cost to 60 and let her E generate particles
▫️Change her C1 from "When the Herald of Frost hits an opponent marked by a Fortune-Preserving Talisman, Qiqi regenerates 2 energy" to When the Herald of Frost hits an opponent,Qiqi regenerates 2 energy
▫️And make her E last 5 sec longer/It circles around faster
I'd say these focuses on "fixing Qiqi" rather than "buffing Qiqi"
s+ dilluc a keqing. This man has never played the game guessing he stalks reddit and makes lists lol. Show me an end game dilluc out dpsing an end game keqing anywhere id love to see it. It's not october 2020. Dilluc shouldn't be anywhere near S tier in any list now it's hilarious there are people so out of touch with the game and how people have progressed past him. Also brainless for any tier list but venti should always be in a tier of his own. There are powerful units and then there are game breaking units and venti is the one who falls into game breaking.

The constellations you're setting for each character is inconsistent. Ninguang only gets really strong at like c6, Bennet at C1, and both Razor and Xingqiu are also so highly praised when they have constellations, not without.
I think traveller is heavily underrated as with the right build it can be better than C0 jean and his constilations are pretty easy to unlock
