Teleport in front of target
Turn all npcs into ‘know who you are’
Give everyone fish
Delete all weapons in inventory
Activate all distractions in area
Kill closest person
Give player clown outfit or a random outfit
Maybe some vision effects??
Like need for speed on gta but this one you have to continually kill to keep the time up
Etc
