It’s 2029. America is on its knees after four years of brutal military occupation.

Like the other major American cities, Philadelphia, the cradle of independence, is divided into three distinct Zones:

The Red Zones are war-ravaged areas where the first armed uprising against the occupation by the KPA was bloody suppressed. In these uninhabited, desolate ruins, the resistance is waging a constant guerrilla war against the KPA

The Green Zones are the highly militarized power bases from which the Korean People’s Army exerts their power and grip on the city. Famous Philadelphia’s landmarks like Independence Hall are used to house the KPA elite and high-ranking collaborators. Breaking into these Green Zones means suicide, except for the most intrepid freedom fighters

And finally there are the Yellow Zones. These are the densely populated areas of Philadelphia, where citizens live in constant fear. The American people are being kept under wraps here in a combination of an Orwellian police state and ghetto districts, through permanent video surveillance, 24-hour propaganda and a relentless military presence.

Residents have the choice of a hopeless existence marked by forced labor, harsh living conditions and scant rations or selling their souls for the relative but seductive comfort of collaboration. But even here in the Yellow Zone, the Resistance is working overtime. The last torchbearers of liberty hide here in plain sight, mingle with the people and hide their weapons until the last possible moment. They have vowed to tear down the KPA infrastructure bit by bit.

As a freedom fighter in the resistance you establish safehouses and other tactical locations, from where attacks can be planned and executed. You disrupt KPA propaganda, disable their security and infiltrate and destroy precious targets; you intervene to save civilian lives or carry out attacks on high-ranking officials. Each action takes you one step closer to your ultimate goal: revolution …
