Here's what you do:
– Find a location connected to the Main Campaign in any zone, to ensure people will kill those mobs.
– Let people do their quests, and skin their mobs if they don't have skinning themselves. Ez profit.
– Use Darkmoon Firewater.
Leather will always have a fairy high price in Shadowlands because of how much leather Leatherworkers need to obtain their rank4 legendary recipes, along with other recipes aswell! Leather is also much more difficult to farm than a material such as cloth which can be mass-farmed in 2×4 hyperspawn farms.

Great spot, been using it all day. Switch to my alt for a short 5-10 minute loop. The standard leather has dropped significantly but the other leathers are selling well still

Been doing the same as a druid for the past 2 expansion launches.
With travel form you are a lot quicker, and don't have to worry about being in combat
I'd also recommend grabbing herbalism or mining as a secondary for that added bit of gold.
I always level my druid first to take advantage of the huge amount of players during launch
