  1. It’s getting outta control fast once I started building on multiple planets so I started a think big project using loads of towers and miners sucking entire planets dry of resources. I mean I have a tower that has 5000 towers in it

  2. The satellite ray receivers get more efficient the longer they have rays meeting them. Basically right now all of your swarms are very close to the sun, which means that when the receivers disappear around the dark side of the planet, they're not going to receive any rays for half the time they're active and their efficiency will reset. You should make sure to build more orbits further out so that you can constantly have power coming to the receiver keeping its efficiency high.

  3. Oh man this video is before the amazing new logistics update. Also the sphere never expires after building and gives way more power to the ray receivers.

  4. Z1 way the game design is by layers with that I think the railguns should be on the poles there for the production will be at it maximum.. meaning everything that making the sails should be under that around the poles and so on.. hope that makes it easier for you

  5. Solar Sails are pretty neat and overall cheap way of getting power. Plus you can power all of your planets in the solar system with it, so expansion is easier. Put those receivers around the poles and soak in the beamed power! Grav lenses are neat – they give you basically 4x the power return on the collectors, but you need to be able to supply that power first. They are a bit expensive early on though, so use them for warping logistics (finding rare elements and a sulphur ocean to simplify everything). Dyson Sphere is fun, but a bit slow. Really cranks up your power once you get the extra lattitude though, but you'll still need to launch sails all the time.

  6. Has power issues… builds another drone tower which eats power…
    One idea you could do is take a few of your oil springs and refine the oil into refined and hydrogen then send both of those into thermal power.
    It wouldn’t be anything that would fix the problem but it would help

  7. Hey Z, there no need to make multiple orbits (except for looks). One orbit works just fine. Also, if your system has a tidally locked planet, you can use the interplanetary logistics towers to ship your solar sails there, and launch them from that planet. If you place your railguns at the correct position on a tidally locked planet and your orbit's inclination matches the planet's inclination, your railguns will constantly fire.
