Bronze ax is really good. It's swinging action takes less time than any other weapon and its just better
Your roll is using about the same stamina as taking a hit with your shield
I have seen a helmet with a light in it
My island is huge, haven't found much tin but there is some south of the island. Means taking the cart through the rough terrain which is a complete pain in the rear. That cart catches on everything and rolls over on steep ground which is awkward as it's unavoidable on my island. Small boat would be a pain to sail all the way around. Making my game a huge grind which is not fun.
can someone tell me why when making bronze the copper to tin ratio is 2:1 instead of 1:1 which it should be?
how to place under water pole = place on edge main pole (the lower it can) then continue place to under main pole (because edge pole make it under main pole can snap)
What's with you and the word "kiln"?
You can put a campfire in caves, it gives light and gives you the comfort level when out of combat.

You should swich to upgraded bronze armor.as far you can go.and use bronze axe on birch to get fine wood.then make a fine bow.will be the next upgrade until iron bow.and iron its hard to come by.so when you go swamp biome, set up a base there also with all you need or at least load your boat full of iron before you come back.you need maybe 2 stack per item to get it upgraded fully.silver its easier to get if you set up camp.easy way its to dig under a big stone on mountain.just a small cave.digging under stone makes the big stone be a roof.so you can place workbench and fire and all you need in cold biome.
Dock building tip:
The hoe works on ground underwater if you can reach it.
You can use it to raise and level sea bed until your dock supports snap in place. Or just raise a rock wall extending into the ocean and build your dock off that
underneath

With your dock, you could use your hoe to raise ground below the dock to make your underwater construction snapping a bit more accessible. Also if you keep having to fix it from weather, throw a roof over it!

RE: to snap your pillar under the water, you can place a floor/roof snapped to the bottom of the pillar you want to snap to. Then another pillar will snap to that floor/roof.
Umm.. in my playthrough, i didn't have anywhere near as much trouble with dwarves and skeletons and such… I suggest you put away the shield and use a club or axe and just wail on them. You do more damage in successive hits, 2nd, 3rd, 4th. You are missing out on all that damage by poking and blocking. And failing to block a lot of hit as well. lol You're not good with the shield, so just go ham.
The big antler hammer isn't all its cracked up to be 🙂 a simple club works better imo. knocking them back doesn't help, it just means you can't hit them again until you get back in range.. knockback is not a 'help'. And it takes too long to swing, and too much stam. the 2nd/3rd/4th hit with club does a lot of damage and its fast and lower stam.
RE: Bronze, your first bronze should go to a Cultivator and axe. Axe allows you to chop higher teir woods, to get 'fine wood' from Birch and Oak. Which allows crafting on the portal, ward, furniture and other stuff.
Carrot farming:
1. find wild carrot seed (3 per plant).
2. Plant carrot in cultivated soil and wait
3. Pick carrots.
4. Plant carrot to get 3 more seeds. Or use carrot to eat/cook/breed boars, etc
4. Sustained Carrot farming: for every 3 carrots you grow, plant 1 to get 3 more seeds.
Regarding a light source for dungeons. There is a circlet you can buy from Haldor the merchant that projects light like a miners helmet.

u need yellow mushrooms for stamina stews stop skiping food n get rid of freaking strawberries
on dock u can snapp under watter to ocean lvl, how ever pillars take damage from water n rain so eventually they collaps, what u can do is bring up ocean lvl under dock
