Copper goes down. I've seen players still mining when they're a character and a half deep.

Dig into the big round circles of stones and you should be able to find a chest of treasure
If you put the fire against the wall put a hole in the wall above it make a wall on either side of the fire with the triangle bits on top of either wall then the thatch roof above the fire the smoke will go outside and you can close the roof to save your floor. I hope that makes sense.

But there should be buried treasure in those areas where those stone hinges were at and other areas where you see groups of rocks that are in circles and formations

Royal you can continue digging under the copper rock. Slipg8er dug under the dirt and found more copper.

If I'm not mistaken, the trees that need a higher tier axe should unlock wood pillars. So you can make your roof within the 5 building spaces (yellow)

Some of the stones that seem out of place or arranged in squares or circles can possibly have buried treasure inside the perimeter of the stones
Fast way to help make mining faster when you get the bronze pickaxe. Have the cart with you. And the mats to create a workbench and a teleporter so all you'll need to do is put the ores into the cart and make the workbench the teleporter and warp back home repair rest eat etc… The warp back to the mining spot

Make three antler pick axes to mine more without repairing. When you get bronze pick axes do the same – bring 3 at a time in slots 6-7-8 etc.. more mining less trips..

sneak is the set buff, not individual part
Control+left mouse button= move entire stack to inventory or chest, Shift+left mouse button= take partial of stack
You can build a usable workbench on the ground. 4 walls behind and one either side, 2, 45 ceilings. Dont have to make those trips back to repair.

I thought you have to have the whole set of 4 for the troll armor buff!!
Something I've learned in my playthrough so far is that building a road between your base and the black forest/a mining outpost can both save you time and save your cart. Use the hoe and smooth a path. It takes time but I promise it's worth the effort.
When do you anticipate to start eco season 2?
The sneak bonus on troll armor is for the full set of 4 pieces.
If you go into black forest at night and make noise u will agro those greydwarfs. Also if u hold your block button (right mouse button) and hit spacebar u will roll in which ever direction your walking
