I just realized something watching this, Ohm.
You have legit gamer and survivor instincts. You don't bail on enemies. Unfortunately you can bail on allies, when your instincts take over. The problem you are facing here is that you were kind of leading these people and they don't have the same instincts as you do. You may need to be more vocal along the way. Not more responsive.
Btw, sorry man, I have artist instincts. I see, I critique, I look for potential. I hope the critique doesn't offend ya.
