I think I saw somewhere that iron beams have another important role – they can support stone so it won't break when "hanging", allowing you to build second story stone floors
red color doesnt necessarily mean its unable to be built, it means that if you place something on it then that placed item will break

This is amazing. I just unlocked stone building. Now I can build bridges to cross rivers easily with my cart.
It's extremely rare that I am offended by someone or something and I can understand that non-Swedes, Scandinavians or Nordic people may have difficulty with certain words from our languages.
But when it comes to "Maypole" and everyone sees what it is, I can not understand why he continued to call it that because people should have realized what it is and where it comes from.
I should also point out that the real name is Midsommarstång or to make it easier for you non-Swedes, it is called Midsummer pole in English, the Midsummer pole is part of our Swedish tradition during Midsummer Eve in June.
When he said "Yule Tree", he was close to the Swedish word "Jul" which means Christmas, ie Christmas tree.
I was just wanting to let you know in our base we get a 22 minute buff so it's not limited to 17 minutes and the special items you were talking about. I'm not sure about what all goes together to cause it to reach 22 minutes but it can be done just playing and building.
I couldn't figure out what the maypole was on my server so I chopped it down. 🙁
The fact that they're all red makes me wonder if their extreme reach is a bug. It would be funny and sad if a bunch of people built some awesome stuff with them and then it gets patched and those people have to watch their builds collapse.
Iron wood beams making wood placed on top of them into foundation doesnt work for me, just makes them green, which immediately jumps to dark orange if i place anything on the green object

I created a pigpen that has purely 2star wild boar and it was a meat haven, apparently 1 2star boar has 4 raw meat drop.
Is it not possible to use stone floors as ceilings? They just keep breaking.
I read somewhere about breeding and pen size matters but I just made a huge pen and throw in a stack of carrots and when I come back there is like 5 pigs in the pen up from just 2.
I've watch a few of your videos they've helped me out a lot thank you. I've also watched many other videos about structural integrity and the science behind building. I get why people are saying blue represents a foundation piece but I'm still convinced the colour sequence represents strength only or Structural integrity..
The reason I say this is because in some instances, including one of my own builds, I have seen blue walls above one block or in this case a floor piece being the foundation block and 2 wall pieces above being blue, so in fact 3 blocks were blue.. but, this only seems to be the case in a connected corner or 90 degree angle where it's obviously more structurally sound, but again this is not consistent so it's still a bit confusing.
