So it’s been 3 months since I picked up the PS5 at launch, and although it’s been a great next-gen console, it’s not been 100% perfect. This is my 3 months later, honest review of the PlayStation 5. What I like, dislike, what I’d change and what issues I’ve had.

We’ll take a look at the DualSense controller, games, UI, speed, memory and loads more. So if you’re thinking “should I buy a PS5?”, let me try and answer that today with my experience so far. Also, ask me ANYTHING and I’ll get back to you.

  11. 2 flaws for me
    1. Haptic feedback drains the battery within a couple of days of mediocre time of play
    2. 3 games downloaded & I only have 40GB left 😭

    Don't give me the external hard drive crap either! That's basically playing a ps4 with a ps5 controller

  24. I only have the ps5 about a month now and my controller is already getting a bit of drift in the analog sticks, its not that bad but it’s definitely there. Im pretty careful with it too, it just sits on my desk when I’m not using it. Id expect something like this to happen after a year or so of playing but one month out of the box is really disappointing.

  26. I love my PS5! For people saying it's only running backwards compatible games and think it's not worth getting are dead wrong. This thing makes everything better. And yes this thing does download games faster for sure!

  30. Long press does turn off the controller, you just have to hold it down for about 10secs.
    You can set the controller mic to be muted automatically whenever you turn on your console, through the settings on the dashboard 👌🏽

  31. Hey I hope you reply to this comment. Now that there is a lawsuit against the joystick drifting and all that, have you experienced any of that personally, and when do you think Sony is gonna fix the problem
