Bro it’s bs and it needed to be addressed! I dropped hundreds on the Jade Spear/Jade Cutter banner and I got the cutter 2x and the Skyward Pride but I was going for the Spear! I honestly think it’s a scam and the weapon banners should be like character banners at least.

Weapon banner always work like this, you cant ask for change just because you dont get what you want. The price tag for two R5 rate up weapons on a weapon banner is between 1k-2k USD. I have 13 skyward pride 11 wolf gravestone 10 lost prayer, if they ever change the rate of banner I would like my money back because I got way more trash.
I love this game but i guess this game doesn't love me, i started like 2 weeks ago and loved the game im AR 30 but like 4 days ago i tried to launch the game but it doesn't work anymore so i guess i]there is nothing left for me in this game. luckily I have been blessed with having characters that can use staff or WGS, and ended up with WGS, but man I feel for those that are experiencing the weapon banner for the first time. It hurts to see people spend their free primos or spend their hard earned money on getting fucked by the terrible RNG (low-key angry cuz I pulled 6 lions roar)

The rates for the weapons in the weapon banners are not the same to each other.
For 5 stars it is 1:3 in favor for the Wolf's Gravestone
For the 4 stars it is 1:4 in favor for the NON lithic weapons.
Since they never disclose the rates in the banner, the banner is a major fraud making ppl believe they have a fair chance to pull each weapon.
Genshin has shown the gambling addiction to the general public and I am surprised psychologists haven't been making their thesis about this.

maybe it should be 50 percent for the weapon exclusive, then 25 percent for the other weapon, and 25 percent for any other 5 star, but then again some might want the other weapon but still, since some weapons are exclusive in the weapon banner, i think this would be a good change.

They need to make it alternate all wanted was a spear Zhongli and ended up with 3 jade cutters and 2 gravestones smdh. Done with the weapon banner until it’s changed.
They designed the weapon banner to milk us more money and changing that to make it better for us would be the same as telling them to lose profit. The sales for this weapon banner is higher than usual then mihoyo would think that they're doing it right unless a community uproar as big as zhongli will happen.
Since the games released, the weapon banner always has been like this except the exclusive part which is another issue.

Just tried 200 bucks worth of wishes got 2 wolfsgrave and a skyward Atlas, this feels even more rigged than the previous banners…
I got the Staff of Homa, and Skyward Sword in my very first 10 wishes on the weapon banner. I got so incredibly lucky!
I don't get why weapon banners were even designed to be so predatory. If weapon banners were good it would just convince more people to spend on them and then they'd have fewer free gems for character banners so they'd spend more anyway.

We as a community are giving zero reason for Mihoyo to change any of this. Hopefully there can be a movement to force their hand, but I really doubt people can stop themselves.
It's really unfortunate…My girlfriend wanted wolfs gravestone for Diluc and everyone in my friend group pulled gravestone because the rates for HOMA seem skewed. She wished and got Homa. She was so disappointed. It's like the game KNOWS what you want.

Yeah i get what you mean. I was thinking about summoning. The lithics have awesome strength. But i wouldnt be using them anyway. I already got multiple of the widsith, i already have the jade cutter for keqing so a lion's roar ability is wasted on anyone else. So the only ones usefull for me would be a sacrificial bow or wolf gravestone. And that's talking for a amber support or a gravestone for a beidou. So yeah with my luck i'll actually get a staff of homa without having a zhongli and not planning on summoning for hu tao. so then this banner became a hard pass for me.
I was there live on both tectone's summoning streams and my heart was beating like I was the one summoning lmao
