  1. I remain mostly unimpressed. This is more gears of war like than div and I just don't see it being the game that detracts players from division. Although it doesn't look horrible. Maybe just not 40 dollars good

I have a scenario for Survival mode in The Division 2.

The Black Tusk have recruited or killed off all rival factions and have taken over DC. They have the White House, which means they have the Division’s tech. So all named bosses would be like fighting hunters or rogue agents.

The Division agents are being tracked down by their watches and killed.

All the safe houses have been compromised and all the settlements have been taken hostage.

The only safe place for the remaining Division agents who have deactivated their watches are the Dark Zones and maybe the sewers.

The White House has become a stronghold.

Enemies now chase u down, reminiscent of the movie The Warriors.

U can still get tech just like in the first Survival by crafting it.

Because u have no home base u still have to eat and conserve ammo.

The game mode would consist of mostly running, hiding and gather resources to craft what u need.

Once u reach a certain level u can activate yo watch, when u do, because they can track u by yo watch, just like in an Invaded Dark Zone a helicopter brings in a named boss with a certain skill. Once u beat him u get that skill.

That’s all I have. I love Survival. Wish they’d bring it back

  3. Dear God, when are game developers going to get with the times and do a better job at having/getting African or Black hairstyles right? We all don't have buzz cuts, 'fros, or straight back cornrows 😒

  4. This game should have never been compared to the division. Even division 1 has better movement. This game tries to have fast gameplay with slow clunky mechanics. It doesn't work. The abilities heavily outweigh gunplay. No point in using guns when you can 1 shot with abilities. The visuals and story seem good so far. The game is unique but it just feels wrong for some reason. I can't put my finger on it. I guess its just not for me.

  5. I liked it. As you go up in the world tiers it reminds me of the TD2 prenerf, back during the beta and early days. You got to keep moving or the NPCs will F you up. You can't stay in one spot.

  6. It's ok….but the shooting and cover system are nowhere near as smooth as the Division. I like that there are massive talent trees. But they need to clean up the weapon swapping, aiming, and parkour.

I'm sure it will be a serviceable RPG/shooter. But I didn't see anything in the demo that really had that "OMG" factor of excitement. As nice as the game looks, the actual gameplay is kind of generic.
