You didnt even need to use Venti in your Floor 11 run! Lol, but if you actually built Venti then second half can be perfected without damaging monolith which takes away the hassle of repeating the stage if you failed the first time. Just saying cuz you have fans that like Venti very much but you used him without any good artifact while your Zhongli has decent investment

Wanderer's Troupe can be good for archers. I use a set with Ganyu making her a sniper. Keep in mind I'm sticking at AR45 until I have characters leveled, talents leveled, and weapons at max (80 for now). Artifact runs are a mixed bag, so I'll try to get good sets before moving up. As it is once I do the ascension quest it will probably jump straight to 50, so I'm getting things ready before that.
So far Ganyu is hitting around 2k to 6k on charged attacks, and this is with a rank 3 level 80 Blackciff Bow. I don't have the set leveled to 20 yet, that will be an over time issue. There is a Blizzard Strayer Hourglass as the off piece as that had Cryo Damage bonus. I have plenty of work to do and level experience books are on the to do list for the week sometime.

Further tip on swimming: using the charge will drain stamina faster then regular swimming. If you want to avoid the issue there are numerous remedies:
1. Swimming cost reducing food
2. Kaeya to cross on foot
3. Qiqi for mixed crossing while Herald of Frost is spinning (you will be swimming for part of it and walking on ice)
4. Beidou for the swimming cost reduction
5. Mona as you noted to shape shift over that water.
Typically when going after that Geo Hypostasis Cube I bring a pile of Claymore users, so Beidou, Noelle, and Chungyun are the go to there. Yes, I have Razor, but he needs leveling yet, same for Zhongli, and Ninggung (excuse the spelling). They are in the works though.
