Changing world level sounds extremely useless for solo players.
I believe I read or saw a video of a sample size of weekly bosses dropping prototypes. If I remember right, WR1 had the highest drop rate out of a 600k+ sample size.

from what I read, on test serve, you could choose to lower your world level, and after 24 hours it resets to your correct level. the idea being friends coukd join your world to farm ore if they were lower than you. but while world level is lowered, you get the lower level loot drop rates.

I’m fine in world level 5 but I can’t freaking get my anemo damage bonus for my xiao. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t got one yet. I used all my resin each day as well as my 20 resin in my inventory👿😒
Now they just need to let us gain character xp efficiently killing enemies…Combo that with the world level change will make our low level characters usable.
Why would I need to change the world level

We need more options for multiplayer, my friends and I usually run out of stuff to do and it gets boring. It would be nice if they added mini games or something that improved the multiplayer part of the game 👌
The birthday cake stays in your inv when you use it. It just becomes unusable
