I have Lumine lvl 80. I'm still only Ar45 so that's as far as she can go rn
Reimein: maxes lumine to 90
Me: still at level 70 and have a lvl 90 amber
i feel ashamed i still havent maxed lumine out but im planning on it for sure since im not rolling for hu tao XD

Anemo traveler is better tho
Even with just 3k dmg min on your skill geo traveler can carry your whole team
Wait I thought lv 100 was max
My only level 90 character is traveler and I am proud
U won't be seeing those dmg in higher world level.
