I GOT AWAY WITH THAT?? | Among Us

Apparently I can say literally anything in Among Us and people believe me. I think I even admitted that I killed Wade and they didn’t eject me.

  1. Mark had managed to absolutely ride everyone to the point when he does say a lie, his opponents woud just think that hes fucking around and wont sus him out, unless they are the imposter would mean curtain death for Mark or the Imposter. Mark is a fucking myth ass, that it would be possible suicide if you tried to sus him out.

  3. Mark is actually a genius…
First he honestly admits to being with the victim prior the murder and then undermines the assumption that because he was with wade and now wade is dead this must indicate he killed him, followed by denial which would've been convicting if he hadn't then undermined the denial with a comedically clouded truth. Next by confidently saying a phrase that would imply uncertainty ("I'm going to go with no") he fortifies this undermined argument and makes it seem like he doesn't know what he's doing well enough or in the loop enough to be the culprit. Finally he drops the comedy and confusion to give a concrete counter that can be confirmed by someone. It's the perfect argument that should be self-defeating but instead undermines the claim against him, has a just enough truth to be believable, and redirects attention to him being unsure as opposed to being the killer.

You can see that I've thought about (overanalyzed) that moment a lot purely because it's so stupidly intelligent, it's hilarious.
    Sean put it best "I don't know if he's a genius or a moron…?"
    The answer?

    Yes.
