the diffrence beetween the grenade and dynamite is that latch on the side that he holds down keeps the grenade from ticking wants you let it go in real life the 5 second tic will start

The grenade one makes sense though. The pin just locks the spoon in place so that it can ignite it when let go. So yes, you can hold it infinitely.
I see a lot of Cyberpunk 2077 comparisons toward other old games just to prove that Cyberpunk 2077 is anywhere worse.
