This is my problem with Judy as a character. They made her overly aggressive towards Male V. Just cause someone is looking at you, or even thinks your hot, its not "pretty fucking weird" According to her character throughout the game she would say something more along the lines of "Enjoy the view, because that's all you'll ever get dickhead" or something along those lines. They are Friends in the game, or at least friendly, and the aggressiveness towards V in certain segments is weird and immersion breaking. Same for Panam if you are Female V.
I don't know why that is even.in the game for males when as a male you can't romance her. Not everything has to be about sex. As a male you should be able to give her a hug and tell her you are her friend and let her be satisfied with that.
