The only negative for the Xbox series S and X is no exclusive games to the Xbox ecosystem that are must haves making you need to buy the Xbox series S or X right now it doesn't matter if there 1st party games just really good game that are top quality great or fantastic games to get into the ecosystem right now
Updated to 4k can look nearly as good to even better than native 4k and let low end PC'S and consoles to do 60fps or 120fps with room for raytracing of all kinds

Definitely looking forward to Deathloop. That looked interesting from the first time I saw it. I also saw it labelled under Immersive Sim, how far it leans into that remains to be seen, but honestly I’m playing Prey right now and that level of freedom of approach can be a lot of fun and lead to some really interesting gameplay. We have some good titles coming up, finally, although enjoying some older titles via back compat and enhanced back compat has been funner than I anticipated. And I agree, I think we’re just getting started, and it will be really interesting to see what the devs can do with these consoles as we move into the gen fully. Definitely a good time to be a gamer.
I think its hilarious ps gives its players psvr 2 news before xbox users get one ounce of 1st party gameplay. You have to wonder what xbox is doing

How is it an upgrade? For one, it's ray tracing and the PS5 can already do it. Secondly, it's only ray traced shadows which is nothing special. It's the most least expensive of ray tracing, not something to brag about. Most devs are just going to add ray traced shadows just to say their game does ray tracing, not impressive. I think COD cold war also only uses ray traced shadows.
