  11. Really we've seen nothing from ps5 and series x.. we've seen no game built on mesh shaders..or primitive shaders…no unreal 5… we're just seeing last gen games

  14. I jumped on my PS5 today for a few laps on GT Sport, had to do what I thought was a small update. After the update which took about 5 minutes I got the dreaded copying files message. It took more than an hour to copy the files, I kid you not and so annoying. You don't get that sort of nonsense on Series X.

  16. I think it’s already delivering great graphics and great performance. What I’m about to say next will probably upset a few people on here, but the same can be said about the PS5. That’s the thing though, all this will depend game by game, engine by engine and developer/studio resources. Some games will look great and perform great, other games will look great and run at 30fps, and some other games will look last generation but perform great, Outriders is one example of last gen looking game with Xbox 360/PS3 generation facial animations, but good performance.

  18. Here is my continued problem..the Xbox series x is the most powerful console we have ever seen. But it's not the best console ..only because everything is based on programing of games and types of games exclusives. As long as these developers continue to port from ps5 to the Xbox series system and or developers mind share is with the ps5..you will never get anything worth bragging about because developers will seek parody before they allow xbox to truly stand over the ps5. And as long as Microsoft keeps its focus off of core gamers game like a Quantum break or Ryse and continues to focus on sea of thieves games it will never be what it can be

So hard for ponies to accept the truth that the Xbox series X better Sony lie to you again just like they did with the PlayStation 4 and a PlayStation 4 Pro but hey don't worry they're going to sell you a PlayStation 5 Pro with all the features that was promise with the PlayStation 5 original

  21. @MaDz I put it to you that in future we will see the rise of AI-based Super Resolution. That is going to blow the power narrative away.
    If PS5 can natively run 1800p for a game like Hitman, with AI-based Super Resolution, a crisp 4K can be achieved and it will be a vast improvement over checkerboarding.
    Perhaps Xbox can do more, however, the eye cannot appreciate anything above 4K unless you have massive a 80 inch TV which only the rich can afford. So numbers like 6K and 8K will be nothing more than just gimmicks unless you have an enhanced robotic eye.

  22. You are right from my point of view from when I have a pc the cpu and gpu was very important to can handle and play the games if they are not good you will have bottleneck
