Even with the batle pas weapon its everising to watch lv up your artifacts focus on crit dmg since you have the battlepass weapon electro dmg bonus energy recharge or atk% and you should have a charecther with about 50% crit rate and 80% crit dmg with total atk reaching over 1500 and if you put the atk% artifact you can probably get 2000 atk and still stay at 100% energy recharge dont worry over lack of def and hp because it will be made with the dmg
My damage is always trash because I don’t do well with the artifacts cause I have no idea how to use artifacts effectively.

Okay so I got decent artifacts and stuff my Xiao does 10k+ sometimes then I go on youtube and watch someone do like 100k damage per hit and they be like ''oh I'm free to play btw''

I think i have a problem.
My ganyu is practically 100% crit rate. Her dps each charge shot is about 35k and i still keep saying, damage still low (with food it goes upto 40k).
I have fischl lvl 40 im new.. anyways i put 3 artifacts that gives her def,hp and 2 artifacts that gives crit hit rate,dmg and she deals like 500 or somthin she is not the best 4 starts but still she is pretty good for newbies
