Eula vs Diluc| Who's Better for You? | Genshin Impact

Given that Eula’s Banner will be coming soon, I wanted to compare Diluc against Eula, in order to list these two five-star claymore users and help others decide if they want to summon for the new Cryo Five Star.

Diluc:
High Base Attack
Crit Rate Scaling, meaning Crit DMG is the only stat you need to focus on in terms of leveling
Pyro Damage Dealer, has better Access to Higher Damage Elemental Reactions like Vaporize, Melt, Overload
Pyro Resonance boost overall Attack
Better Access to Support Characters like Diona for Higher Damage Melt Comps, Xingqiu for Vaporize Effect

Eula
Has Access to an Extremely good artifact Set, but can’t access freeze, as she will shatter her opponents due to being a claymore user.
Has Access to decent elemental reactions such as Superconduct, Melt, Freeze.
Physical Damage is less Viable Towards the End of the Game

Eula is a Cryo claymore user that scales with physical damage towards late game, and will more than likely be used as a Main Carry/Damage Dealer when she’s released.

Wolf’s Gravestone is the best claymore for both of these characters.
Prototype Animus is a Good Craftable Choice.
Debate Club is also good, given how often their elemental bursts are used.

Gladiator’s set:
Gladiator’s Set:
2-Piece Set: ATK +18%
4-Piece Set: If the wielder of this artifact set uses a Sword, Claymore or Polearm, increases their Normal Attack DMG by 35

Berserker Set:
2-Piece Set: CRIT Rate +12%
4-Piece Set: When HP is below 70%, CRIT Rate increases by an additional 24%

Crimson Witch of Flames is best for Diluc.
Crimson Witch of Flames:
2-Piece Set: Pyro DMG Bonus +15%
4-Piece Set: Increases Overloaded and Burning DMG by 40%. Increases Vaporize and Melt DMG by 15%. Using an Elemental Skill increases 2-Piece Bonus.

Blizzard Strayer:
2-Piece Bonus:
Cryo DMG Bonus +15%
4-Piece Bonus
When a character attacks an opponent affected by Cryo, their CRIT Rate is increased by 20%. If the opponent is Frozen, CRIT Rate is increased by an additional 20%.

Diluc is a Pyro Claymore user, that scales with Crit Rate as he ascends, he is extremely useful for burst damage and for getting a relatively consistent crit rate.

  1. i just wish they'd give Diluc his own banner so we can whale on him, instead of hoping to get him from the Standard banner one cause its split between 5 other 5* characters PLUS 5* weapons lol. At this point the best way to get Diluc is to loose a 50/50

  2. My pity is at 49 and I have 12.640 primos rn. (Had almost 17k but wasted them on Childe's Banner) I need 8k more primos to hit pity twice but I hope I don't have to wait until my 90th wish lol.

1.6 beta starts next week so I'm really excited for new leaks. If there happens to be an Inazuma character I'll definitely save up for them.

Ganyu literally powercrept everyone. If you say she isn't OP it's because you have garbage artifacts. Also why is blizzard strayer still being mentioned in your description knowing that Eula is a physical damage unit. You said specifically in your video she as a claymore user will not be good in a freeze comp and yet you still have blizzard strayer in the description, just stop trying to make her a cryo damage unit.
