Have you ever done a rogue-lite run? Like can you beat X in one life or whatever? I tried it in dark souls and died to bed of chaos, but it really changes how you play. I found myself running away a lot more, taking very few risks and planning things out a lot more than I usually would, also abusing elemental advantages that I usually wouldn't bother with.
I'm not here for the challenges being well, CHALLENGING. I'm here to listen to a cool guy make funny commentary while playing a game in a way that's different than it's normally played. Usually only the Skyrim ones cus I love Skyrim and actually understand what's going on but yeah. As for a challenge how about you just play to have fun and talk about what's making it fun or something
Challenge Idea: No leveling skills
So no using weapons as they level archery, one handed, and two handed. No spells as they level their respective school. No buying things as that levels speech. So on and so forth.
So what would be available? Hand to hand isn’t a skill in Skyrim so it’s available. Shouts are available. Potions are available. Scrolls are available. And probably a few other things.
I have a suggestion for a non-Skyrim run. Fable, the original, with only summoning unless like the Kraken its near impossible for them to do damage to it. Im sure you could think of an amendment to the challenge to make it doable, but the intent is to prevent you from using melee, range and to prevent you from upgrading durability through health, toughness, or the mana shield while also preventing the use of some of the best spells like Slow Time or Enflame. Even Lightning, once upgraded, is a powerful crowd control tool.
There arent that many times its an issue and it is a run Ive beaten explicitly to try and keep my total experience as low as possible for the chance to see a rare spawn in the endgame, the Succubus Queen, who only appear for players with relatively low experience, because high experience, even if you havent used it, will lead to it not showing up as I can attest to. I find the hardest part with it is that the White Balvarine is arguably the best that you can get but it still replaces your summon when you beat something classed higher, meaning stuff like wraiths which are kind of slow and exploitable take over your summon spot after being beaten.
It can be a fight not to die, especially if you dont have alot of healing items and I do think that is the kind of challenge you would enjoy. If you upgrade the will energy or just use the Master Will Potions scattered across the map would be up to you, and you could just alter it slightly so you cant upgrade anything but summoning which gives you access to level 1 lightning, which could help with the things that would be near impossible otherwise.
Mass Effect (any in the series) without guns. I don't even know if it's possible nor have I looked into it at all, but Salt Factory just did a Mass Effect video so it is in my head.
Kill Every Named Non-Essential Character, No healing – even passive – and no sneak attacks. That should keep you busy for at least a couple days.

Why do you have to talk like an asshole during the entirety of all your videos as if you're making these videos/challenges out of obligation but you decide to be maliciously compliant and nag about your audience and how much you suffer creating the video itself? If you're not enjoying this, try something different or stop making what you obviously aren't enjoying but stop churning up these videos in which 70% of your commentary is you going "oh how much I work for you ungrateful audience anyways here video"

Case 2- use keyboard and have your hands tied irl

Now a hard challenge is pure argonian. Zero real combat skills. Besides possibly pickpocketing poison onto enemies. But that challenge is your option.
Try beating the game without grabbing any items
Do can you beat skyrim as Gunjar (the dead stormcloak at the start) use only the items from his inventory and use the same character id
