My personal Favorites are Breath of the wild and dying light. Breath of the wild because has some of the best open-world capability in a non-generating open-world and the dying light because it had a great story and the parkour capability is incredible. I do agree with your saying on Minecraft to an extent but the problem I have with the game is the lack of updates, sure we might get a few snapshots here and there but the caves in cliffs update, the most major update has been delayed, kinda, its been split into 2 parts one in the summer (when expected) than the other at the end of 2021. They said they are doing this to make sure the update comes outright and that their devs don't feel overworked but I'm sure there must be some other way for them to update the games more frequently. Also, Minecraft is infinitely generated sure, but it's just spawning the same list of words at random not anything new while Beath of the wild, however, isn't infinitely generated it already has a huge map and a good way to travel around that's fair and not op doesn't have updates other than the original bug fixes. Does dying light have the best of the best storyline and no updates other than bug fixes? and isn't infinitely generated, I think dying light takes the cake!
