  1. How about the MissingNo glitch in Pokémon Red, Blue and Yellow? Duplicating Rare Candies and Nuggets is one thing, but duplicating TMs to give your team some powerful moves is another 😉

  2. I'm a weirdo (and likely nobody will believe me) but I always do my best to play a game the way it was intended.
I've become practically obsessed with Ghostruuner. The other day a video showing techniques on how to practically jump past entire sections autoplayed on YouTube and I hurred and turned it off so none of that info would get in my brain. I do want to shave seconds off my time. Just not that way. Like I said: weirdo.

  3. Lolwut FIFA is literally the same game every year.
What changes? Player names/teams, maybe updated visuals (not a given) and a few new features here and there.
    Rest is gameplay tweaks.

How. HOW are there still exploits in this franchise?!

  4. The same thing can be done in Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest, that can be done in God of War 3. there's a way to skip straight to the end fight with Dracula from the beginning of the game, and it's rather easy to do.

  5. Tricking the Demon of Hatred into killing himself in "Sekiro." Maybe it didn't ruin the game but it definitely ruined the fight. It made me feel so cheap and worthless for doing it when I couldn't beat him normally and cheesed my way out of it

  6. Something similar to the Warrior cheese that I expected to see on the list was shooting Manus, the final boss in Dark Souls’ DLC, with arrows from outside the boss room.

  7. I'm glad you assume everyone is just like you and no good at video games that they need to cheese. In fact, I didn't know about most of these and the ones I knew about I never have used. So, in fact, the title should read – 10 Video Game Exploits You Abused That Ruin The Experience 😉

  8. There's also a way in Skyrim to get under both Whiterun and the Thieves Guild in Riften you can get underneath Whiterun by glitching through a house and make your way around down underneath the city to get to the companions blacksmith chest and in Riften you can actually glitch through the door that you came into in the Ragged flagon and go underneath and loot all the chests from the vendors

  9. Umm… How is this a new video? You know they patched Skyrim and that exploit doesn't work anymore. Also, am I the only thief who knows it's better to rob at night when people are in their beds asleep? Not a very good thief, are you…

  10. One I recall seeing frequently, was the original Destiny's Vault of Glass exploit. Using sunsinger grenades, players could force the bosses to fall of the map. Granting them a win, with minimal effort.

  11. For borderlands 2 I'd say the bee shield with any shotgun especially the conference call shotgun was the most broken thing that ruined the whole game. Even the legendary secret super boss would be melted in just 1 or 2 shots from that until it was nerfed eventually.

  12. World cup 98 on the PS1, simply pass the ball to your own goalkeep and have him run up the pitch and do a little ball flick over the other keeper, the opposition players NEVER tackled a keeper as a "foul" was a straight red, and the flick (R2 or something?) was easy to get the ball over a diving keeper.

  13. From my personal experience: "snaking" in Mario Kart DS.

Mario Kart introduced waggle-based mini-turbos as a cornering mechanic in Mario Kart 64, but it wasn't until the DS that the feature became so powerful that literally nothing else in the game mattered. First, waggling the DS's flat D-pad left and right was MUCH easier than using the N64's analog stick, and second, the strength of the mini-turbo you got was tied directly to your kart's Acceleration stat. If the kart also had a low Drift stat then you could generate powerful turbo boosts literally everywhere on the track and end up so far ahead of anyone else (who wasn't doing the same themselves) that no amount of Red and Blue shells could rob you of that first-place finish.

  14. I knowingly used an exploit once and will probably never do it again for my first playthrough in a videogame. It was Prey (2017). At launch, there was a way to cheat the machine that breaks down your unwanted items so you got back more crafting items than you should have. With that exploit, I unlocked and maxed out every regular and Typhon ability. After that, the game wasn't fun to play because I was overpowered. I ruined the experience for myself.

  15. The Fallout one isn't much if an exploit if it requires using the command console. Almost every Bethesda title for the last 2 decades has a test room or a series of test rooms you can get to using the command console if you know the name of it, like Toddtest, or a variation thereof, in the case of Morrowind and Oblivion. You can also give yourself items using it if you know the item id. In a sense you are using it to cheat if anything. Not much different than choosing to enter a cheat code.

I do recommend exploring those places though. You can sometimes find some funny text or dialog.

  16. The map trick in the original version of Link's Awakening would let you do all sorts of interesting little skips. When I first played it I used to abuse the heck out of it.

  17. using the console… isn't an exploit, its literally just cheating. now if you wanna talk about exploits in fallout games, look no further than gambling in Fallout 1, where an incredibly low skill requirement will see you making thousands of caps by literally just holding 2 buttons down.

Edit: the dev room in F76 was an exploit, though, since you can't use the console imagine the bullshit if you could, though so they got to the dev room using "legitimate" means, not that i blame them, Bethesda totally deserved it for the atrocity that was, is, and will be: F76. i mean, come on, you guys left the fucking DEV ROOM in the multiplayer build of the game?! that's just ASKING for trouble considering they've for years allowed their fanbase to collectively rip the creation engine a new asshole so wide you can fit entire previous games inside (SkyBlivion and SkyWind, anyone? -what god awful names-)

  18. I have gone through Spyro 2: Gateway to Glimmer so many times and I never found that charge jump thing. The only exploit(?) I found was in Glimmer though, and it's using the outdoor flying powerup to get to the indoor gem lanterns without needing to return to the level after buying the ability to climb in Autumn Plains

  19. The Restoration Potion glitch in Skyrim blows bucket heads completely out of the water. Who needs to steal when you can be basically immortal and one-hit-kill everything?
Also, the item vendor glitch in Fallout 3 and New Vegas that meant getting effectively infinite caps, and all items for free is way more broken than a dev room that can only be accessed via a console command.

Fusion: Genesis' Undercover skill can also completely break the game if you know how to exploit it.

  20. I feel using the QASmoke console command for the pc version of Fallout 4 was kind of redundant, since any console command could break the games experience. A better alternative while still being fallout would have been the Fallout New Vegas double perk glitch, as it can be done on consoles without cheat codes.
By siding with the Powder Gangers in Goodsprings and taking out Ringo for them, they tell you to get them some armor from the merchant Chet. If you then betray the Gangers, you can persuade Chet for leather armor, 9mm ammo. and exp. indefinitely. Doing this allowed you to hit the level cap (50 with all the DLC) and pick 25 perks like normal. When you leave Goodsrpings and the game asks if you want to change your character, reset and you go back to level 1, but you keep all your exp. When you finish up, you regain all your levels and can pick 25 new perks, but this is where the glitch comes into play. There are many perks from the list that if picked the first time, you can keep, essentially getting your Fallout NV character 50 level up perks instead of only 25.

  21. The Warrior can be cheesed in a much better way, just go to the right 'arm' of the level and the warrior, the lava, and the extra enemies can't touch you.

  22. Great list! Thank you for another awesome video.
Madden 97 for the PlayStation. An American football game. You could pick any team and get a touchdown on ever offensive play against the computer by always running a running play called sweep. It worked the best out of the I formation but pretty much all of them work. Run the sweep and you would almost 99% of the time not even be in danger of getting tackled, leaving you able to run to a touchdown and one hell of a ridiculously high one sided score. It’s an exploit if I’ve ever seen one. I mean running that play woods or are you more points than you could usually even score in any of the NFL blitz video games. And I really mean that and that is really something to think about.

  23. My brother showed me this cool exploits for Crackdown2. It was only available for the first three weeks or so after the games released before it was patched out. But if you got on a long road like the highway that circles the map and pressed a series of buttons involving jump, punch, reload, and run or something like that. You could get your character to do this weird glitch run where he could get going faster than anything on the map. To the point that if you’re playing it online and you saw another player doing it, he would pass you so quickly he would look like a literal streak or a blur. He would quite literally look like the flash and it was one of the coolest things in the game. And the more you did that but in combination the faster you would go until you literally couldn’t control Where are you were going and ran into something because you’re moving so fast. It was so cool.
