I have a phobia of deep waters, so Subnautica is one of the games that I mentally & physically can't play.
It terrifies me beyond all logical reason. But it's good to see D4ve enjoy some oceanic terror 😀
It’s funny. A friend and I go back and forth between Phasmophobia and Subnautica. I freak out (much to his enjoyment) in Phasmophobia and he intentionally does things to scare me further yet he has the same reaction in regards to Subnautica while I think it’s actually really pretty looking. And no, I’m not nearly as bad as him by trying to scare him further; I try to keep him calm.
It's only limitless darkness without a living soul in sight. What's there to be afraid of?

I used to hug my pod whenever it got slightly dark. Water I can't see through + monster feeshees = nono
