  1. I’m on last gen Xbox, 10 hours in, only crashed once. It freezes every once and awhile for a couple seconds, and the graphics aren’t any worse than Mass Effect, IMO. A few graphic glitches, but nothing game breaking. I’m loving the game. As long as they fix these relatively minor issues, at least for me, then I’m happy.

  2. Keanu Reeves is ironically some of the worst content in the game. I don’t recall his acting being disgustingly dry, but damn. It’s like there was nobody that had the balls to tell him to ACT while recording lines.

  3. I know saying this in the YOUTUBE comments is going to get me strung up, but it needs saying: We CANNOT and SHOULD NOT forgive Cyberpunk for their use of intense strobe effects that caused Seizures. ESPECIALLY since it was almost an exact replica of those used by medical experts to deliberately trigger them in a medical setting.

How was this allowed to happen in the first place? It's not as if "flashing lights causes seizures" is NEWS to anyone! Patching it and issuing a back warning is all well and good, but it does not change the fact that numerous Creatives decided it would be a good idea, turning the game into Russian Roulette.

I will be told that "ALL games have warnings! They warned you! Aren't you happy?" to which I respond "Yes, all games have a warning that does not provide any context as to severity. It's like if all movies came with a "contains violence" warning but you didn't know until you clicked play if it was Kung Fu Panda or Kill Bill.

I will be told that this is just the aesthetic the game is going for, and that we shouldn't stifle their creative freedom. To which I respond that artistic Aesthetic should not come at the cost of someone's health. Seizures can kill. Seizures ruin your life. And honestly? Right now is the absolute worst time to have your first Grand Mal given how most Hospitals are full with COVID patients.

Again: We need to hold them accountable for this! It should NEVER have been allowed to happen to begin with and all they had to do was run it through the Harding Test to see! "Popular Media Induces Seizures" has become a yearly occurrence. Incredibles 2. Into The Spider-verse. Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker.

We CANNOT let this trend continue! We NEED stronger International guidelines that prevent these kind of things from ever happening again. The UK and Japan have existing guidelines, it's time the rest of the world caught up.

  4. The People who cried over the delays are the same people that cries over the state of the game. It shouldn't have been released on last Gen in the first place. It's a new Gen game that's on the edge. Technically and graphically. Playing this on 8 year old hardware should be laggy and/or look like shit

  5. I got it on base ps4 it's very playable and a lot of fun you're full of it. You're just jumping on the bash train for views and it's sicking you probably haven't even played the game. This is spam bro.

  6. While I am sorry older Gen console players are facing issues, it's not fair to compare cyberpunk with NMS's lack of game play at launch.

I, for one, content with the game play on my PC.

Could more gameplay subsystems be added or improved upon? Yes.

Does the game have a compelling main story set in a huge, living metropolis? Also very much yes.

  7. This game was made for Good pcs and next gen consoles. While a agree with everything they said in their apology, they should have never tried to adopt it to 8 year old hardware. I understand their reasoning behind trying to adopt it ($). I have no sympathy for console pesants. They dragged this game down with their high expectations. And for people who say "oh but they said it would run great on xbox1 and ps4" think for yourself, a basic understanding of hardware limitations would tell you otherwise. When they said this game works great on current gen consoles: newsflash ps5 and xbox x are the CURRENT GENERATION. 8 year old ps4 and xbox one are LAST GENERATION.

  8. I’ve got about 200 hours in the game so far and the only major bug I’ve encountered is being stuck in scanning mode and unable to exit it fully. The overlay disappears and I can move normally, but I cannot interact with anything or use my weapons. A quick load of the last save fixes this issue.

Other than that I am loving the game and having a blast. A few glitches here and there aren’t really bothering me all that much.

But then, I’m on a pretty beefy gaming PC.

FYI, most of my friends who are having serious graphical issues are running the new 3000 series RTX graphics cards. I’m running a 2000 series and having no problems.

  9. I really don't get why people read the CD Project Red message thought there was made special arrangements. They literally only said you can opt to do it, if you are unhappy. Like every other product. People made an assumption that was wrong and gets mad at it.

Yeah the game is buggy and broken, but people got mad there for making an assumption.

  10. It should be to no one's surprise that the most visually ambitious RPG ever made runs like garbage on hardware designed almost a decade ago. Behold and bear witness to the rebirth of the "yeah but can it run…" meme.

  11. I'm playing on ps5 and have only encountered humorous bugs until last night when I was forced to roll back to an autosave from an hour before. Still quite minor. I'm enjoying the game but it's missing a lot of features promised that would set it apart from other open world games like Skyrim.

  12. I’ve got a mid range gaming laptop, (or mid range now, it’s a couple years old, MSI GS63 Stealth) and it’s been working… well, more than fine. Been playing on Ultra with minimal lag, and aside from clothing glitches and the occasional crash, it’s been great. Absolutely loving the game and hope they can get it sorted before this sinks them

  13. I know people are having issues, but I'm somewhere around 30 hours in and I've only had truly game breaking bugs once or twice. Those were worked-around by reloading a recent previous save. There are glitches and the world needs polishing and added depth for complexity…but playing thru the main stories it's a fun time. Relax people, go play something else for a bit if you're having issues, come back in a month or two.

  14. You mean they rushed a game to market as they were getting death threats and childish gamers had their panties in a twist? Even you covered this in a previous video… Most gamers were okay to wait if it meant a better game. CDPR were too ambitious though and should have staggered the release dates with PC, Xbox X/O and PS5 launches first and then PS4 and XBO X /S next year. Like I said though it wasn't that easy with what they had going on.

Look at No Mans Sky that also had a horrible launch and is now, I'm told, a great game. They also had personal hardships the people didn't know about and gamers acted the same then as they are now. History repeats.

  15. Im playing it on a potato pc that barely scratches the minimum recs and i'm having sooo much fun! I talked with a friend about how there were just enough bugs that it was kinda fun and charming. But i'm defensively looking forward to replaying it in 6 months

  16. I’ve had only one game breaking bug and I was stuck on the map and had to restart my game, I’ve had 60 hours up until it happened, I’m running low to med settings and otherwise no issues with looks

  17. My biggest issue on PS4 Pro has been crashes. At least a couple times per 4 hour session. Some minor animation glitches but mostly playable when not crashing. Save save save. Then quick save again.

  18. even with all the bugs (got just a few major ones that got fixed with a reload, but mostly visuals) i enjoy the game a lot! It just became a trend to hate on it and CDPR… I hope they won't become shitty like the rest of the industry….

  19. Gamers: cry about game getting pushed back. Also gamers: cry when their hissy fits get the company to release a game that isnt finished… Ultemently I switched to PC gaming exclusively 10 years ago so that I could have better graphics and more customizability. We've had our share of shitty ports from console exclusive games, so I'm not going to be wasting my tears for the peasants.

I feel bad for the studio but you know there is probably one exec in there who made the call to release before it was ready while everyone else was saying no. But, if they had delayed again people would have been pissed, thats for sure. It was a real damned if you do, damned if you don't situation. Could it have been handled better? Probably. But now all they can do is fix the mess.

I hope once it s all fixed up, everyone gives it a try no matter your platform because It's a great game.
