i tested out and it works, i do recommend you buy some sort of armour early tho like a bramble vest after your boots.

Isn't this literally the usual rhaast build but you go (the quite overpowered) cdr boots rather than Defensive boots??
And then add frozen heart on top if the game even goes that long
Manamune actually feels like it makes Rhaast playable right now.

idk if ur gunna read this, but I had to try this out today, and lets just say, we did sum serious carrying, and out of I think 10 games, we have a 90% success rate. The one loss was due to a feeding ap ez mid lol
