You will have to give the gun back to Regina eventually. If you don't skippy will never shut up calling you a bad user and fire nonstop wasting all your ammo. This gun is a quest, its not meant to be a permanent weapon. Which is why you can't scrap it in the menus either. Lot of sad people when they realize that they have to give him back after going back to redo the mission to get headshots 2nd.
You don't need 8 cool. Just say 'I don't know' instead of the option that requires 8 cool
IMPORTANT YOU CAN MAKE WEAPON NON-LETHAL AND YOU CAN STILL USE YOUR FIRST MODE.

You recommend getting this gun when you're at level 25 or something? Or does it not matter when you get it, since it scales with your level (i.e., you level up, it increases damage)?
So I guess I'll just never use it again… awesome.
I haven't been able to get the convo from Skippy. I've killed like 2268 people and still nothing.

Scratch that. I just did and got the headshot option dialogue. But it took me a lot more than just 50 kills.
You can say “I don’t know” just as long as you don’t pick the first option you should be fine.
Does killing them with pacifist count towards the 50 or i gotta let them downed
My skippy reset himself and I gave him back to Regina a long time ago. 😔I still think of him to this day……

Do kills count the same if I change the mission? or to talk to the weapon i must have the mission activated?
How about after you kill 50 people dummy it goes back to mame mode
he stop talking to you if you not return him….. he will only say Bad user…. Bad user….. well sad
should I kill using it or kill using skippy? to achieve that 50 kills.

Killer mode kicked in for me after fast traveling across the map. I had done way more than 50 kills and I didnt have 8 cool
