For everyone asking, the ripperdoc is West Haywood. If you plan on goung for 20 Athletics this way it will take between 30-60 mins.
If you're looking for the location it is. Heywood. Wellsprings. Left corner. Look for fast travel point : Pumping station.
The ripperdoc is right next to the "pumping station" fast travel point in West Heywood.

You have to have body lvl 9
it works, but when I reach level 16 it tells me max level. and there are 20 levels, why?

It works! Important is, Not to have the Marathon perk already activ, i did. have it and wasnt working for me. I paid the 100k and removed all perks and it worked.
