This model of rushing stillbirth games out is broken. Things need to change.
People are focusing too much on the bugs, which are horrible, but honestly this game lacks A LOT that was hyped by CDPR.
I’ve had a relatively smooth experience on the Series X, the story is overall good, but it seems there is a lot missing from this game
Sony went Steam Arkham Knight on this game. Feel sorry for the people on systems where the game doesn't perform, because I am having a blast on the PC version, I'm enjoying this more than Ghost of Tsushima, which was my previous game of the year.
CDPR have themselves to blame for the whole of this, what CDPR do next is going to be important for how people think of them going forward. If the fanbase is pissed then expansions could tank, and I presume that any DLC expansions will now be pushed back also.

CDPR put out a phenomenal game, but it’s in no way the game they had marketed and promised, that deserves backlash
this game should have been PC exclusive. best game of the year for PC hands down.
There have been many other games that have launched the same if not worse and Sony didn't do anything then. A little overkill if you ask me but they do have the right. It's their store.
PC user here,30 hours in,using r5 3600x,32 Gb ram,2080Super,32" GK650F-B LG 2560x1440x144Hz screen,1 Terabyte Adata NVME SSD,and having lots of fun,with semi regular "Flatlines" to the desktop roughly every 4 to 6 hours, and minor graphics issues, but nothing game breaking. Running it Ultra graphics with Ultra RTX at 1440p with DLSS Quality and motion blur OFF and Chromatic Aberration OFF,and with FPS set to 40 Max and its very smooth. My screen is set to FreeSync ,and Vsync in game is set to OFF,its helped smooth the FPS allot.
All this means for me is my 2nd-5th playthrough will be a fair bit later, might mop up as many trophies as possible to o make those future characters more roleplayish.

Honestly Sony is complete bullshit and I’m so glad I’m switching to PC soon. Sony has garbage customer support and refunds. I’m on PS4 pro where the game runs fine so why shouldn’t I be able to play the game. There has been way worse games (fallout 76) not to mention the shitty shovel ware that the ps store has. I’m so done with Sony.

Dude, why are you still focusing on the bugs so much – those are just a symptom of much deeper problems the game has! It is an unfinished mess and while there is nothing wrong with you and others liking what it eventually became this is NOT what they advertised the game as! Not even close! Therefore they betrayed your trust, too! How can you stay so chill about it!??
I'm starting to believe that Cyberpunk will need an extensive Enhanced Edition Upgrade like they did way back for Witcher 1, which also was very buggy und unstable at release. Though it's sad to see that they made similarly grave mistakes, like they had made with their very first game….
i think they should have went the dying light 2 route when covid hit and they could not achieve the april release date they should have just delayed it indefinitely with no release date till they are ready tbh but they still will have investors to worry about but i think it wouldnt have been such a shitstorm like it is now

This isn't spam… this is a fact. I really hope they can fix it for consoles and they continue to work hard to get more content for PC too. The game is amazing even with the bugs but there is also alot room for improvement. I still have alot of trust in CDPR but they need to step up at the top management. You know.. to get things right. They do alot of things right, but the release on X-box One and Playstation 4 haven't been one of the things they do right.
PS. Still the best game since The Witcher 3 for me.

I'm glad I have been fairly lucky, I'm playing on ps4 pro and have had very few bugs and a couple crashes in 41 hrs. The game is amazing and I feel bad for the people who arent able to enjoy it because of the optimization of base consoles..

Honestly good the last gen consoles are just not strong enough to run this game it sucks that cdpr lied about it running fine on old consoles. I hope cdpr can bring this back around but this is definitely going to be a learning experience for them. I'm not saying people with consoles don't deserve to play this I wish everyone could just the specs on older consoles had problems running even some older open world games so I don't see how it could run cyberpunk without having really really poor performance.
Thank God I bought physical, it’s actually very playable on ps5, which is what I use, but its buggy as heck and crashes like every hour on average

all the influencers should shoulder some blame for daily continual over hype just to get fucking likes comments and subscriptions. You reap what you sow.
I hope they pull off a No Man's Sky and continue to update the game and bring all the things fans want. They can come back from this but they have to put in the work and bring back the things that are missing from this game. The things they promised. I love this game, I am enjoying it but it needs more work.
So now i'm wondering which is the real CDPR. The customer-friendly company who really focuses on giving gamers a quality experience, or the one which lies to its customers saying that the game runs surprisingly well on last-gen consoles and censors games by removing them from the GOG store. It's not looking good.
If Xbox didn't do what Sony did then they will be Dubbed as the "Anti-consumer" company which is Ironic considering that they have built up plenty of trust throughout the years to be destroyed by a game they spent so much money on but didn't make it themsolves

This is a shame because I have it on xbox one and want to get the game on ps5 when I can get my hands on a ps5. But if its a digital edition ps5 I wont be able to get a better version of the game… How is that helping?
