This Heirloom is good, the animation is similar to the kunai. Worst heirlooms is Lifeline and than pathfinder. But honestly i think only controller players like the havoc because it can laser with aim assist. The only good shotgun is the eva8, the others consistently miss and do little damage. The peacekeeper is dog doodoo.

For the first time ever rampart can actually defend her team by providing an unstoppable offense. It’s what she was designed for. Is she alittle too good rn? Yes and she’ll get nerfed for it. But at least she stands tall with the other defensive legends. I would know. I’m a rampart main myself

Look at minute 4:20. Perfect example of how the balancing for the mini gun works. He stops shooting first target, and then has to spin up for the second. Took too long and died. It's still a very situational ult. And it is an ultimate ability. It should be immediately game changing.
