There are a crazy amount of seemingly bugs with Ramparts turret right now which made it tough for me to break that ability down. I tried to leave out anything that I thought would be patched as the longevity of these guides is important to me. Hopefully this makes sense, thanks!
CHANGES TO RAMPART SINCE THE LAUNCH OF THIS VIDEO:

In my opinion her passive should be for all guns because a lot of people don't like using Lmgs so it should be for all
Breaking down her turret once placed no longer returns any ult charge, even if you never shoot it in mobile mode and place it full. But you can use the 'fire mode' key to place the ult on cool down and regain some charge based on remaining ammo while still in mobile mode.
Finally someone who doesn't say the Rampart is now op! She has been my main since I started playing on the Switch but I rarely used the ultimate because it was so situational. Sheila is now high risk high reward instead of a massive target for snipers and granades!

Ok I think this about does it. The next legend I buy will be… Seer. Rampart is definitely very appealing and this is a hard choice to make between the two. But I really can see her pulling a Revenant and being really popular now during the event. But I feel that once the event is over and her turrent receives a few nerfs… she's gonna go back to being a niche Legend though still a lot better than she used to be. I feel that Seer is a better overall choice, and if Rampart is still rampaging later this season I will definitely pick her up… sorry fuse.
I have analyzed the problem with Rampart's ult, and the solution we need is to nerf Wattson.

Love watching these, even if I feel I already understand the legend. It's nice to see other people's strategies to try and apply them to your own matches, and these videos are just entertaining anyway.
I pick Rampart for not only the memes but the fact that the shields give me extra damage.

Some more rampart tips for using her tactical effectively from a rampart main (since way before this update lol):
1. If you’re locking yourself in a room or an area, always have an escape route! Wether that be being ready to take a wall down to leave the room or leaving a door unwalled etc. this takes practice but trapping yourself is never the move!
2. Do your upmost to not let your own walls be used against you or your teammates! This will happen, don’t beat yourself up over it while getting used to it, just know the importance of taking down your walls after you’re done with them and being mindful in general of where you’ve put them
3. Don’t be afraid to take down your wall that’s covering a door to rush an enemy. If you’re covering a door not letting an enemy in, sometimes the least thing they expect is you taking down your own wall to push them, don’t forget to coordinate or atleast communicate with teammates
4. If you are seriously thinking about becoming a rampart main I highly suggest watching the gaming merchants gigantic rampart guide if you haven’t already, he’s arguable one of the best rampart players imo and he’s helped me a lot! Just remember, the difference between a good and a not so good rampart player is how you use her walls, the ultimate is the new cool thing and very good but don’t neglect learning the way of the walls
They should make her amped covers that it should require more bullets to break when it's in progress

I’m so happy that they add rampage LMG in this season. Rampart was my main since I start playing and adding new LMG really make her shine. THEN they buff her again with this mobile Sheila. Like damn.
Tip: superglide off of a walls
Makes me happy that she’s getting the love she deserves, but the hype will die slowly. I fell in love with her since she first dropped, but stopped maining her for a bit after Horizon, but deep down I wanted to get back into playing as rampart she has a very funny personality and one of the best heirlooms IMO.
Been maining her since s8, I haven't tested out the buff yet but its seems really fun and she's always been good for me cause everyone used to underestimate the Rampart
When I try to use Sheila: push enemy, clear house, get capped in the back of the head, die. Is there any way to prevent that post fight third party, it’s annoying as hell every fight I take it’s a 2v1

The buffed shiela is a bit op but I'm glad that more people pick up rampart now 👍
