    Legend mechanics are dwindling real hard this past few legend additions.

  2. Smart way to do balancing. Balance the game for Bronze -> Plat and heck with anyone that's an Iron (they won't notice), or plays to get paid (They are gonna play whatever is strong anyway). You know balancing for the 90% of the player base that's trying to enjoy the game for fun? Balancing for the extremes is why so many champions are borderline unplayable. The second they hit 60% win rate in pros they get reworked into garbage. Even considering the 0.01% is a horrible way to balance a video game.

  4. I would never complain about how balancing works, it seems too hard and evolve a lot of math and intuition, but this 1:33, either you guys are lying or don't wan to see the truth. All players have different skill and knowledge, it is completely rational to expect that every champion would require a different amount of skill and knowledge to be use it at its full potential, If not league would be a much simple and boring game.

    I'm not saying that is never possible to have a champion that does well in in different tiers and also be played in competitive, I'm saying that this doesn't have to be the rule, your goal should be creativity.

  5. There is too much focus on winrate and too little value in popularity. If every champ was played equally, then nobody would complain about balance.

    Regardless of what the wintates are, the fact that every champion is played equally implies that people can have fun on any champion.
