Apex Legends has a cheating problem and everyone knows it — as a free-to-play title it would be strange if everything was fine.
And the “unbannable cheater” of Apex is this dude named Tufi, who, frankly, has become a minor celebrity on the scene — hacking, cheating, and basically holding high-level lobbies hostage.
Now, I talked to him and he has no intention of stopping.

Do you think that EA and Respawn are going to go after Tufi legally?
I cant even play apex without making a new acct. Made one last year and played like 2 games. Hacker steals acct (with apex only) and gets it banned by cheating… 🤣
the mixing of players is honestly fine for BR (not ranked) but in arenas it really sucks. I dont know if im gonna need to 1v3 or if ill wipe them 3-0 instantly cause the player skill level discrepancy is just that big
best course of action for these cheaters is to give them no attention at all. As soon as you see them in game, leave, etc. Dont tweet anything or make videos about it, bringing any attention to it at all is letting them win. Literally just dont say a word.
Just make pred lobbies have to be rank 75

Not defending him. But just the fact that you can set up an hidden autohotkey in like 30 min with the computer skills of my mother tells you how much the developers care. It's been the same since season 2, I tried it on a second account and it never got banned, tried again recently, account active and no recoil whatsoever.
If this guy has any attention from the developers is just because it makes them look like they are incompetent or not acting at all about it (or both).
So next time you see someone with perfect recoil control in any situation, just remember you can "learn" that in 30 min with no efforts at all.
Banning is not enough.

lmao ookay heres the thing, nobody is unbannable and you cant go to jail or get sued simply for cheating. The reason he is "unbannable" is he has a private spoofer and cheat so when his accounts do get banned he can simply spoof again and boom, no problems. Apex may use EAC but its such a shit branch of EAC its ridiculous. The only way to actually stop cheaters is to use the same branch of EAC that rust uses and even then theres a lot of cheaters, but they get banned very fast and cheats get detected crazy quick.
if a movie theater can sue someone for disrupting their showings and losing them money, cheaters should be held accountable for ruining games.
if you go to a theater and start peeing on the seats, you're not pointing out bugs in the bathroom system. you're being an asshole.
It's so crazy that there are Discord servers filled with hackers that work day in and out to make hacks for a video game. It also blows my mind that they're all so paranoid and are protecting Tufi like he's some sort of celebrity. Tufi is a hacker, nothing more.
Cheater: I'm helping the developer fixing issues…
Also cheater: No, why would I just send the cheating software to the developer? So they can actually stop it?

I don't think its a huge problem in Apex. I played the game for two weeks, solo queued like 500 ranked games and didn't see any. Alot of people think it's so funny because it's so rare in Apex to see it. For the playerbase vs cheaterbase the ratio is really low for a free FPS.
Who cares what cheaters have to say, it's pathetic.

You know What respawn is actually terrible at investigations and I lost my 2 accounts for no reason in which I just bought too much stuff and I got hwid ban too and I get to know that it was due to I used razer synapse system for the mouse to I can change the color of my mouse according to my screen that actually triggers easy cheat system. so in short respawn is actually motivating the people to try some hacks and be the predator that you guys have dreamed for a long. this whole story only gets start only after you get banned for no genuine reason. seriously respawn is the worst as they don't even give a warning they just got you hwid ban.
