Tal support is definatly a thing I see it all the time as a major pick among Tal mains. it is great for snowballing ADCs which combo off picks like Draven so it might not be the best with Zigs

Akshan is one of those newer champs that I think can become healthy for the game. His a fun champ with a cool kit and a fun character, if an overloaded as hell passive. They probably would have to either remove the passive or put it on if say he kills with his ult though.
