you wildin the over nerfed seer be honest
At this point in ranked comp, I don't see the point in running a wraith/octane. Respawn have nerfed them so hard from casuals complaining about getting clapped by them that it doesn't make sense to run them imo. When you have BH/Gibby/Caustic (specifically on KC, given this ranked split) that are SO strong in their abilities, it makes immensely more sense to run something like Valk/Gibby or Caustic/BH. I do think this makes the game a lot less fun at higher levels.

Octane is hardly overnerfed. He's the sole reason Revtaning is a thing, and the reason Revenant has been nerfed so hard.
He's also the most picked legend in the game, and has remained so DESPITE being nerfed a tiny itty bitty little bit

Sorry but I must disagree. Octane is fine where he is. He was absolutely stupid before. Every team used him, he could get the team out of any bad situation or full ape anyone. Even when 1v1 ing octane was stupid, he could just ape anyone or run away when low.
And everybody still talks down on octane 4.2k kills hmu need partners!
Rich didn’t claim that Octane isn’t popular. He made a valid point that Respawn shouldn’t have nerfed this extremely lovable popular character so much. Idk why everyone’s taking it like Rich called Octane useless lol. If you’re an Octane main, you’d understand just how mf weak you feel now after the nerf.

Oct still feel the same. Overnerf is when a legend unplayable like pathfinder,hoz and caustic who been overnerf and then fix back to normal. Seer is questionable since passive/ultimate is still good but his tact suck so bad now

If Octane got overnerfed then Wraith got completely and utterly destroyed.
I agree octane has been over nerfed, like it’s not a good idea to stem into or within a fight because 1/4 of your hp is already gone, I’ll only recommend that to very good players, plus ppl say he still one of the most played that’s only cuz of he is an easier legend to play and octanes mains like me are just loyal to him, but there’s really no point of him being a speed demon if his killing himself half way into a battle or with the battle. Also his jump pad nerf was so unnecessary. I’ll say he was perfect bf the season 10 nerf.

Octane was over buffed he completely changed the game. Even today an octane team can 3rd party any team within 200m in 2 seconds. The game was so much more fun before the octane buff all those seasons ago. 3rd parties always happend but you got a few seconds in between. Now every team on the map can be on top of you in seconds

Octane was definitely NOT over nerfed. He is still one of the most picked legends.
The pad is still on of the best movement abilities in the game. And his kit synergy is great.
Maybe they could reduce how much health he loses to stim, but he is at worst an A Tier legend.
The only reason he’s been replaced in ALGS is that people are finally learning the potential of Valkyrie.
As an Octane main I can say he is balanced right now, the only thing I would change is his passive back to 1.5 hp/sec.
The only nerf that was overboard was the path nerf back in S5 octane doesn’t come close to being as bad as path was back then fs
