That Shattered Queen with Cosmic Drive is gonna be fun
The shattered queen thing seems pretty nice until you see AP assassins and tanks building it one shotting your backline and receiving no damage

I can't wait to see Crown of the Shattered queen on absolutely everyone, like never-mind the fact that the ap stats will be useless on most champions, everyone needs mana and everyone needs safeguard. Assassins are running so rampant and have so much raw power that even tanks don't seem to be able to stand up to them right now. I hope we get a shattered queen meta where it's the core item for absolutely everyone.

Crown has 40 sec CD because its only to counter burst assassins. It wont help vs Akali, its pretty good vs Kata and Zed tho. It will prevent them from oneshoting you just by looking at you.
