Honestly I really like the hextech soul its a really good team fighting drake. The map is meh though.
Against Kat you need either a frontline who can stonewall her burst or enough reliable CC to interrupt her combo
Otherwise she can carry every fight 0 counterplay
I like viktor. My secondary role is midlane bc I'm used to playing makes as sup. But Viktor gave me a lot of trouble trying out.

Bro Kat never had any skill involved, it was just waiting until something got low and then just spam EW on resets, you'd R if you knew CC was down and that was it.
Unless you mean the OG kat that had that on hit W that when activated made her blade bounce and E give damage reduction, That one was just ass lol.
