  2. Recently bough a new PC to play Battle Royale games. I don't want to pay money to buy games, therefore PUBG was not an option. I've tried Fortnite first, but it was too comical and childish and I'm not a huge fan of the Third Person view, I like me a good old FPS shooter. Also games feel incredibly slow. I've tried Warzone afterwards, but it is was the opposite to Fortnite – way too fast paced to my linking, it sucks to wait 10 minutes to start a game only to be killed in 30 seconds, and the fact that people can start shooting at you even while you are still parachuting really sucks. Wasn't a big fan. Weapons also felt really weird for some reason, I can't quite hear decent impact noises when firing and the gameplay as a whole felt strange.

Apex I tried last, but so far, it's the Battle Royale I think I'm gonna stick to. It's like the perfect middle ground between Fortnite and Warzone, where games are just perfectly medium timewise, it's not too cartoonish like Fornite, but neither gray and dull like Warzone, there's just the right amount of variety in weapons, and the best of all, it doesn't have a massive learning curve. I can imagine there's a huge difference between a good and a bad Apex player, but with Fortnite and Warzone, I needed a few games to even understand what's going on, with Apex I actually got 4 kills in my very first game and I'm very happy. The unique champions and champion abilities also makes it greater than the other 2 (even 3 with PUBG) Battle Royales, as it adds another completely different element to the game, gives me Valorant vibes too.

Anyway, thank you for the guide, it came just in time! I hope to get better and watch the game grow to become the most popular battle royale, it definitely deserves it!
