Before u pick up the package, spam your rockets until u get the big one. Package will refresh all 7 rockets and u will have the big one available as your next rocket. Also, the cd for package only starts until u used the empowered W, so sometimes its more efficient to pick it up and use it then wait for the perfect opportunity. Last thing is that u can W again after W with package 🙂
