The Talon vs Kassadin matchup is really easy, just win the early game and than bait hes r (remember the talon's ranged q follow the kassadin's r so if you are in range you can follow him without flash)
12:00 full serpent's fang built, electrocute Kassa no full item, no bone plating up… takes about 1/3 of the damage he'd take just because of that item XD. They could at least make the extra armour scale slower it's legit 1 minion=1 armour so basically you have a 5-10 minute window to kill them or else they're too tanky and you're forced to build black cleaver and serylda's (5000g vs 1000g)… What is seeker's man XD
