I feel like they could limit 1 ps5 per site and per address that would make everything better what are scalpers gonna do buy more houses to order a ps5
I understand that most of you guys are foaming at the mouths, but can we just admit that there aren’t enough games to justify dropping $500 (or twice the price if its scalped) on a new console?
The only game that is remotely interesting that you can only play on next gen hardware is demon’s souls, and you can play the original on PS3.
Are we really going to let people scam us so we can play Godfall, Demon’s Souls, and Bugsnax on a new shiny console? Relax and wait for them to fix the bugs.

Gamestop actually has stock but they're making millions off telling the world and you they dont have none in stock so that way they can bundle up the ps5s they have with stupid games or accessories u usually dont wanna buy or dont usually purchase until a couple months or year after launch. So instead of charging u 499 plus tax they charge u 7 8 9 1000 dollars plus tax just so u get a console.

I have the money right now to go get A PS5 but until I can walk into a store and buy one I'm not going to even bother cuz I definitely am not dealing with all this headache I can wait and Sony can wait to get my money until they make it easy. You say they will get upset and then laws will be made, but Sony won't do anything, because wether its you or me or a scalper getting the ps5 they are getting there money so they don't give a crap and won't do anything. They are rich, they don't give a crap about us. Thats the way rich people are.

I gave up on getting the new consoles. I got a switch and a xbox one x. No exclusives for series s or x for a while and ps5 has a bunch if games that are on ps4.

In 2020 a website crashing and kicking me out during the check out process is not only enraging it's super embarrassing for the company and really underscores their priorities to their investors vs. the consumers..as in not spending any money to make the consumer experience any better.

Even though I got mine with no issue, my friends are having trouble. Gamestop delivered my PS5 earlier than they said and Antonline delivered the Series X on the day they said it would arrive.
With Antonline I had my fingers crossed because of all the bad reviews they get.
Getting a PS5 is still easier than securing a house in FFXIV.

Didn't Walmart put a stop to in-store purchases on restocks? It's just a total disaster. The only people guaranteed to get one this holiday season are scalpers. I will be content to wait til summer when they have units back in store shelves.
