  1. i get use to those kind of acts as a female but then still even this dude banned about players getting toxic doesnt change… 😀 and its still there saying "to make the game safe" is laughable because it will never be what they did is just banning a streamer but not an actual casual player XD

  2. This dude has not grown at all. He hasn't changed, and I doubt he ever will change. He purposefully says the most insane, gross, and just plain wrong shit he possibly can because it gets a reaction out of his community. He's built his entire platform around being a sexist jackass who harasses everyone around him, but apparently it's fine because "it's a joke." It's not a joke if you're just being a blatant asshole. It's not humor to scream at someone over a match. It's not okay to harass someone to get a laugh.

  4. Speed needs mods and a team. He needs to end the text to speech donations since ppl take advantage of it to say vile things to him. He’s wrong in the sexist speech, but dude probably gets thousands of hate/ racist messages daily.

  5. I think riot needs to focus on moderation of much worse comms abuse instead of dishing out harsher punishment for all comms abuse as minor trash talk and toxicity will always be a thing (especially in such a competitive game). As a newer player I keep receiving toxicity towards me which leads me lashing out and then constantly being banned over and over and it really annoying. the game is 16+ riot needs to stop acting like it’s a kindergarten.

  6. Treating women like children once again. Everyone coming to defend when it's sexism, doing nothing when it's about anything else.

She was talking shit so he talked some shit back. It's a video game.

  8. IMO if someone does something that most people might not like, they should be called out, then it's up their viewers to decide whether or not to stop watching them, and obviously potential bussines partners to decide whether or not the controversy is worth the possible profit.

In a perfect world, his ban is justified, but in a perfect world, everyone who is doing something bannable would get banned. I think that's the biggest problem for people because Rito Gemz have never, in their whole history as a company, given a shit about toxic players or what their playerbase wants, for that matter.

It's always the same. Some random controversy -> empty PR move from rito -> nothing changes. Banning Speed will change nothing. Sure, you can argue that's one less toxic player in the game, but like, that's honestly just a drop in the ocean. Rito only cares when their bottom line is at stake, so if millions of people see it, then they might get off their ass and do something, but otherwise, they don't give a shit.

As a former long time league player, I remember when obvious, simple to implement changes kept being asked for on the forums and on reddit and they just didn't give a shit saying stupid bullshit like it would be hard to implement or whatever. My computer science degree disagrees.
