Not really another farm, BUT a slight improvement in 1.19 to one of the farms mentioned: placing the sugar cane on mud blocks instead of dirt blocks. They're a BIT less than a full block in height, meaning you can place hoppers underneath (rather than hopper minecarts)
Its better to set tons of stacking minecarts for Gold Farms, aslong they can see you, you get the exp
Spider spawner farm for string for the scaffolding. Ties in with the bamboo farm. Just a thought. Someone may have mentioned this already, I didn’t scroll very far because I almost burned dinner

I'd say some kind of semi-automatic mud farm would be a good bet. Basically just lets you make mud afk.
I imagined mud would be a semi water source for crops. Can use for a water source for 2 or 3 cycles/days. Then it drys out and no longer a source ? Makes sense to me
