And why will 3090 owner cry ? If a 1070 can get 51-80 fps, a 3090 should easily hit 100-120 fps…like…why would i cry because other people can enjoy the game as well ? RTX 3090 owners won't need to worry, because the prices to ACTUALLY get a 3080ti for probably the following 3 months after release gonna be couple of 100 dollars above the MSRP, because they just won't be available (like now), effectively raising it's price to 3090 level

The 10700's base frequency is 2.9GHz and the turbo in one core is 4.8.
2.9GHz of base clock vs 3.8GHz is a massive 25% difference.
Therefore this 11700's cinebench score makes sense because the non K base clock and turbo are significantly lower than the K versions of Intel CPUs.

lmao, i am getting 120 fps in cyberpunk with just my 2080ti. Its easy to just use nvidia experience and click on manual and slide it to performance, im getting 120-150 fps just by sliding it to performance vs optimized.
So 3060 ti has 8gb vram but regular 3060 will have 12gb vram? Isn’t it supposed to be the other way around?

I did a calculation, so, you have 529 single core Cinebench score for the non K part at 4.3GHz (in theory but i believe that the singlethread score is base clock or dropped the Turbo Boost). At 5GHz, you can get 602 points in singlethread in theory but i think that it will be higher because this is an engineering sample.
The 11900K meanwhile at 5.3GHz, it will reach in theory 628 or basically 630 points beating the 5800X.

Clickbait title, dude you're better than that. 3080ti core count and price are pure speculation/rumor. If its truly the same cores, just 4gb less vram than the 3090, you can count on it being priced at $1199 or $1299, not $999. They know a lot of gamers in the higher end price bracket will pay a little more than the 6900xt for more vram, better ray tracing, and dlss.

I am going to have to keep my i9 9900KS [sold and delidded by siliconlottery.com] for a long time. I can't afford a new CPU every year or two. With the prices of video cards the same is true, especially given that there are no video cards that will push 4K at 120FPS in all games at ultra settings. I would love to see an RTX 5080 Ti for $1,000 if I have not died of old age by the time it is released…

Unfortunately I forgotten to take a screenshot, Steam did the exact same thing.
Making my 5950 run from 40ish up to 73C while running in the background. No games, no downloads or installes. Steam just hogged up my CPU while doing absolutely nothing at all.
I have no idea what happened. After an update it stopped and everything as back to business as usual.
I think that this news is worse for 3080 owners, where not only there will be a 10GB difference between the 3080 and the Ti Model, but also there will be a 3060 with 12 GB. As a 3090 owner I am just interested in having the best no matter what
