I don't think Victor will be a new legend, just because what will he say when Nox in his team? He will be in apex for find him, and there he in his team. The second is that he's just a ex-policeman , what his abilities will be? He doesn't blend in apex.. But if it would be he, I will be happy, just because new legend of male gender :3

Tactical, Crack Shot: Can see further away with iron sight.
Ultimate, Boxer's Instinct: Hits harder, moves faster and auto aim assist while unarmed.
