Love this new take on the melody. To me, it sounds like Mickey's actually considering not ending it all, remembering how he stood strong during all the pain and suffering he went though (which could explain the screams) and decides to move on in the end.
You legit combined the beats of Toxic Biohazard preset Play It Slow 2 on B5 at 110 BPM (AKA Happy Old) with the scrapped remaster and added your own twists, and I kinda like it. o-o Nice use of the screams at the end too.
