Well, someone's gotta explain it. Basically the last song, "Deaf to all but the Ronald" is a remix of the song "Deaf to all but the Song" from Touhou 8, Imperishable Night. Touhou is a series of really really difficult bullet hell games made by one person, ZUN. Its one of the longest running indie game series out there. Their music and characters are known for being very iconic. Ronald's wings is a reference to Flandre Scarlet, who is the extra boss in Touhou 6. The many arrows on screen is to replicate the bullet hell nature of the games. The "Ran Ran Ru"/ "Ronald McDonald Insanity meme/video is also a remix of a Touhou song, which is Flandre's theme. I think the games would actually fit very well on the channel if you'd like to check them out. I'd recommend starting at 6 and working your way up.
