Sorry to tell you but that transmog is a shop one. You are paying the deluxe version to get it, so extra money for the transmog. So its a shop transmog, else the deluxe version should have the same price as the normal shadowlands one.
I don't wanna continue the store transmog discussion for no reason. But isn't the Vestment of the Eternal Traveler a store transmog as well? You have to pay 15€ extra to get it
